Changes made during 2008 Open Enrollment became effective January 1, 2008.

Logon to www.benefitenroll.com to view your 2008 benefit elections. You may review your benefits any time during the year (click the link "Review Employee Benefits") or request changes to your benefits through a qualifying Life Status Event (click the link "Change Benefits). If you need help using the system, contact your local HR or Payroll clerk who has been trained to assist you.

Your health plan benefits for 2008 are not changing.  WPS will continue to administer Milwaukee County's health insurance plans.

• The Managed Care (HMO comparable) Plan includes two network options: The Wheaton Franciscan Direct Network and the Patient Choice Network.
• The Conventional Plan includes two network options: The Patient Choice Network and the Broad PPO Network (formerly WPS Statewide/National PPO Network).

The prescription drug program will be administered by Merck-Medco. The Merck-Medco formulary can be found at www.merck-medco.com or on the WPS website www.wpsic.com.

All employees are eligible for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Benefits for employees and dependents are provided by MHN/HMC. Additional information may be accessed at www.mhn.com

All employees are eligible for a discounted Milwaukee County Transit System bus pass for $10/month. Enroll in this benefit at www.benefitenroll.com. Instructions for enrolling are on the home page of the enrollment system.
