»What is in the Ethics Board Annual Report?

Overview 
The Ethics Board annual report is due in April of the current year for the previous year.  The report contains the financial disclosure provisions of the Code of Ethics, Ethics Board operations, yearly adopted budgets, and Ethics Board members and their terms.  The Ethics Board and the Ethics Code it administers were created in February 1975.  The County Board has amended the Code 24 times since its inception.  The Code sets forth standards of ethical conduct for all county officials elected or appointed, employees, and members of boards and commissions.
