AODA Request for Proposals

AODA Requests For Proposals - CIU and RSC Services

The Milwaukee County Behavioral Health Division (BHD) has redesigned its Alcohol & Other Drug Abuse (AODA) Services system Central Intake Unit (CIU) processes to include a comprehensive screening process. This process includes a determination of the presence and extent of an AODA problem, level of care determination, an assessment of other recovery support services needed, and choice of service providers.

The Milwaukee County Behavioral Health Division (BHD), as part of its redesign of the AODA system and through the award of a federal "Access To Recovery" grant established Recovery Support Coordination (RSC) services. Recovery Support Coordinators have responsibility for actively coordinating the process of AODA clinical treatment and recovery support services across multiple service systems as well as providing traditional case management services.

BHD is neither issuing nor accepting Requests For Proposals for RSC services at this time. Request for Proposals for CIU services can be found at http://www.milwaukeecounty.org/RFPInformation111327.htm
