Administrative Services

 

It is the mission of the Department of Administrative Services to provide high quality and responsive support services in the areas of government accounting and financial reporting; budgeting and financial planning; capital finance and debt administration; strategic planning; procurement; information technology and management of information resources; economic development; housing and neighborhood development, as well as protect the health and safety of employees and citizens to enable county departments, employees and residents to realize the County's overall mission and vision.

The Department of Administrative Services consists of the major divisions of Fiscal Affairs, Human Resources, Employee Benefits, Labor Relations, Procurement, IMSD (Information Managment Services Division) and Office for Persons with Disabilities.
