Our impact on the community
  • Advocacy and planning for persons aged 60 and older - one of the largest and most rapidly growing segments of Milwaukee County's population.

  • Support services, offered in conjunction with community partners and a network of service providers. Through our services, eligible older adults gain opportunities to maintain the ability to live in the residential setting of their choice.

  • A single point of access to information about an array of in-home services, housing options, and community resources that support lifestyle choices of older adults in our community.

For more information call the Aging Resource Center at 414-289-6874

TTY 414-289-8591

The Department on Aging was created in January 1991 to provide a single point of access to services for people aged 60 and older. Our goal is to assist seniors to maintain independence and remain active in their communities.
