Animal Sponsorship
Numerous small animals are residents of the Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory, where they "work" as animal-educators. These animals play a key role in the educational programs for children. As a sponsor, you become a partner in providing the best care for the animals living in the domes.
Your sponsorship helps provide your chosen animals with the special environments they need to survive, such as enclosures, full-spectrum lighting, and basking lamps. You also support any veterinary care they may need.
For your sponsorship, you receive not only the satisfaction of helping your selected animal, but also a thank-you pack that includes an animal fact sheet, certificate of sponsorship, and color photo of the sponsored animal.
Animals may have more than one sponsor. Such popularity helps all of the animals living in the domes.
Animal Sponsorship is temporarily suspended during facility improvements. Sponsorship will resume in September.
