Milwaukee County is Moving to a

New Human Resource, Payroll, Benefit and Hiring System
 

Milwaukee County is in the process of transitioning to a new web based human resource, payroll, benefits and hiring system.  Once fully operational, the new Ceridian Human Resource Information System (HRIS) will provide secure online services that include:

 

  • A streamlined process for recruiting and hiring employees online
  • Increased accuracy and efficiency of the payroll, time and attendance system
  • Advanced technology that will reduce the need for paper records and support of outdated software
  • A system to track personnel actions online
  • The ability to run standard or custom reports 24 x 7 with real-time information
  • Fast and easy access to employee benefits online
  • Secure online access for employees to make changes to their individual profile

 

These benefits present an exciting opportunity for Milwaukee County.  In effect, the new system will revolutionize the way we conduct business throughout the organization by using best practices in technology and personnel management to meet the organization's needs.  Please know that County officials are working diligently to make this new system a success, but understand that with a conversion of this magnitude there will inevitably be issues that arise throughout the process.  We value your constructive feedback and we ask for your participation and patience as we embark on this promising new opportunity for Milwaukee County.

How to Access Ceridian Time & Attendance


One of the many benefits of Ceridian is that you can access Time and Attendance from  any location that has an internet connection.  Whether you are at work, home or on vacation, simply open Internet Explorer, type http://www.county.milwaukee.gov/ in the address box and hit the "Enter" key.  On the County Home page, scroll down and click on Milwaukee County Employees, then click Ceridian Time & Attendance and OK.  The Ceridian Time & Attendance login page appears. 

 

To make this a favorite, while on the Ceridian Time & Attendance login screen, click on the Favorites menu button and select Add to Favorites…. Accept the default name for shortcut and click on OK.

 

 

If you do not know your clock number, please contact your Payroll Clerk.
