Project Description: Work of the project consists of interior remodeling of south end of first and second floors. Areas affected are the current first floor office suite and second floor research library. Contract includes new HVAC; upgrade of second floor structure to accommodate library loading; reconfiguration of office and library spaces, generally with in the existing boundaries; restoration of decorative plaster and paint; and lighting. Scope also incudes new mechanical space in basement and accommodations for future expansion of HVAC system to serve entire building.
