Project Description: Base Bid work of the poject will consist of asphalt pavement removals & replacement adjacent to the Gran-Aire FBO building. Work includes unclassified excavation, pavement removals, storm sewer work, ashpalt paving & pavement markings. Alternate Bid A work consists of the construction of a 9-inch thick concrete fuel spill containment pad. Work includes unclassified excavation, asphalt pavement removals, storm sewer work, concrete curb & gutter, concrete & asphalt paving, joint sealing, & restoration work. Alternate Bid B work shall consist of an Emulsified Asphalt Slurry Seal-Coat treatment applied on Taxiways D, D1, D2 & the Lawrence J. Timmerman Tower Ramp. Work includes vegetation removals, crack filling, emulsified slurry seal-coat treatment, and pavement markings.
