Free Health Services for Women
The City of Milwaukee Health Department offers comprehensive health screenings, assessments, and counseling for all women ages 35-64 years old who qualify. If you can answer yes to all three of the following questions, you may be eligible:
Are you a woman, age 35-64 years old?
Are you without health insurance, OR your insurance does not cover basic checkups, OR you are unable to pay deductibles or co-payments for health insurance?
Does your annual household income meet the Federal Poverty Guidelines?
