E-Notify Subscriptions (click here)

With the City of Milwaukee's E-Notify service, you can subscribe to newsletters and notifications on current Job Openings, City Service Commission Agenda, Employee Training Opportunities, as well as information regarding the new Paid Sick Leave Ordinance.  Registration is free and easy (see below for instructions).  Click here for E-Notify Disclaimer.

PAID SICK LEAVE ORDINANCE

Subscribers will receive an email when an important update occurs to the website.  After you login for the first time, click on E-Notify, scroll to Information Updates and click the box next to Paid Sick Leave Ordinance Information.  When done, click on the box Update Notification.  Scroll down for instructions.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Subscribers will receive an email notice when a new job announcement is posted to the website.  After you login for the first time, click on E-Notify, scroll to Information Updates and click the box next to Career Opportunities.  When done, click on the box Update Notification.  Scroll down for instructions.

TRANSFER/PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES:

NOTE:  Transfer/Promotional Opportunities are not open to the public.  Subscribers will receive an email notice when a new transfer/promotional opportunity is posted.  After you login for the first time, click on E-Notify, scroll to Information Updates and click the box next to Transfer/Promotional Opportunities.  When done, click on the box Update Notification.  Scroll down for instructions.

CITY SERVICE COMMISSION

Subscribers will receive a PDF copy City Service Commission Meeting Agendas, notification of meeting cancellations, and a yearly Meeting Schedule.  After you login for the first time, click on E-Notify, scroll to City Agency Meetings and click the box next to City Service Commission .  When done, click on the box Update Notification.  Scroll down for instructions.

TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES

NOTE:  The training programs are not open to the public or MPS employees.  Subscribers will receive a PDF copy of in-house training opportunities.  After you login for the first time, click on E-Notify, scroll to Information Updates and click the box next to Bulletin of Courses (City Employees only).  When done, click on the box Update Notification.  Scroll down for instructions.

MANAGEMENT PAY PLAN NEWS

Subscribers will receive news of benefit updates for Management Pay Plan employees and training opportunities.  After you login for the first time, click on E-Notify, scroll to Information Updates and click the box next to Management Pay Plan.  When done, click on the box Update Notification. 

HOW TO SUBSCRIBE:

1. Click here to subscribe. 
2. Enter a valid email address, the other information is optional.  To ensure receipt of email from the City of Milwaukee please add eservices@milwaukee.gov and MilwaukeeE-Notify@milwaukee.gov to your address book or safe list.
3. Scroll to bottom of page and click on Create Account.
4. You will be emailed a password (this only takes about a minute).
5. When you receive the password, go back to the E-Notify website:  http://itmdapps.ci.mil.wi.us/login/login/signin.jsp and login.
6. After you login, click on Your Information to change the password.  You can change your password, email address, or e-notify selections at any time.
7. Click on E-Notify and select the check boxes that interest you.  Be sure to click on the box Update Notifications after you make your selections, or if you de-selected any boxes.
8. You may also use the same email and password to use the E-Service Request feature.

NOTE:  Please do not email Employee Relations (emprel@milwaukee.gov) to request a change to a notification or to delete your account.  You must login to your account and de-select the check box(es).  To stop receiving notices altogether, click on Delete Account.
