Loans - Home Improvement

The Veterans Service Office assists veterans in applying for state home improvement loans.

This loan is available at low interest for a length of 15 years and an amount of up to 90% of home equity. This loan may be used to make improvements or repairs to the applicant's principal residence and also may be used for garage construction.

Veterans in need of this service should call, fax or stop in at the Veterans Service Office (see map to Building 4 on the Zablocki VA Medical Center grounds) during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday 8am - 4:30pm. Our office may also be contacted by calling 414 382-1727 or fax 414 382-1708.
