hildren of all ages experience what it means to be a part of the natural world through energetic and fascinating programs held in Milwaukee County's parks, green spaces, and schools. All programs are led by professional naturalists, are age-appropriate, and are based on state curriculum standards. Nature in the Parks provides Boy Scout and Girl Scout programming year round.
Nature in the Parks, the outreach arm of the Wehr Nature Center, is a cooperative program of the Milwaukee County Park System, the Wehr Nature Center, and the Milwaukee County Office of the UW-Extension.
