Overnight Lodge



Visit "the country" without ever leaving the city. Bring your youth group for an overnight outing or your business associates for a daytime meeting in a secluded, wooded setting. Co-ed overnight youth groups are permitted only at the Will & Cava Ross Lodge.

Frederick C. Wulff Overnight Lodge in Grant Park, 215 Lake Dr., South Milwaukee
Built in the 1920s, this one-and-a-half story, wood-frame bungalow is located in a wooded area east of the Wil-O-Way building in Grant Park. Because it is secluded from other park activities, it is an excellent site for retreats and meetings. Co-ed overnight youth groups are NOT PERMITTED.

Available: Year round, 3pm Fri.–11am Sun.
Capacity: 21 overnight or 25 for meetings
Accessibility: Not handicap accessible
Amenities: Full kitchen, restrooms on both levels, fire ring
Parking: Ample parking adjacent to lodge
Restriction: Overnight rental available only to civic or church youth groups (16 years and under)
Advance Booking: beginning Jan. 2, 2008, book through Dec. 31, 2009 (pay the current year's rate)

Will & Cava Ross Lodge in Whitnall Park, 6750 S. 92 St., Greendale
In the heart of the Mangan Woods is the former farm home of Will & Cava Ross. The great room/dining room features a wood-burning fireplace. Outdoors you'll enjoy an abundance of nature trails and many varieties of flora and fauna in the surrounding Wehr Nature Center. This quiet location provides complete privacy for your group.

Available: Year round, 3pm Fri.–11am Sun.
Capacity: 21 overnight or 25 for meetings
Accessibility: First floor is handicap-accessible and sleeps 5
Amenities: Full Kitchen, fireplace, mud room, storage facilities, fire ring
Parking: Ample parking adjacent to lodge
Restriction: Overnight rental available only to civic or church youth groups (16 years and under)
Advance Booking: beginning Jan. 2, 2008, book through Dec. 31, 2009 (pay the current year's rate)

Overnight Youth Group $82.50

Lodges may also be rented for daytime meetings. Lodges are available Sun. 3–11pm and Mon.–Thurs. 10am–11pm.

Daytime Meeting Rental $45 per hour, 3-hour minimum
Add'l hours may be available at a per-hour cost.
